Probal, a co-founder of QBA, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the team. A serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of success, he founded two successful firms before leading QBA’s expansion into the US market.  Before his move to the US, Probal served as a global tech leader for ArcelorMittal, spearheading large-scale IT infrastructure projects across East Asia, Mexico, and other key regions. 

His diverse academic background includes degrees in English Literature, Computer Science & Technology, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership.  Probal has been a permanent resident of the US for the past two decades, bringing a global perspective and a deep understanding of technical and strategic leadership to QBA.  

Sumit, the CEO of the QBA Luxembourg office, brings over two decades of experience and a global perspective to the team. As a former Senior Program & Portfolio Manager, he’s led numerous IT projects and products with diverse technical and business objectives, overseeing multi-geographic teams in Europe, the UK, and India. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding QBA’s footprint in Europe and the UK. He is a valuable asset to the QBA leadership team, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.  

Ranajit Chakraborty, Global Chief Operating Officer of Quantum Business Advisory Private Ltd., brings over 30 years of consulting and industry experience to QBA.  He joined the company in 2020 after a successful career spanning 20+ years with ITC Infotech India Limited, where he served as Head of Enterprise Application Business.  

Before this role, he held various leadership positions, including Competency Head and Subject Matter Expert in Finance, and spearheaded the delivery management of the ERP Practice at ITC Infotech.  His expertise encompasses a wide range of industry verticals, including CPG, Automotive, Manufacturing, Banking & Financial Services, Logistics, and Hospitality.  He has a deep understanding of Accounting and Finance functions across multiple GAAPs, and his experience spans over 20 years in ERP solutions, including SAP and PeopleSoft. 

A Chartered Accountant with a distinguished track record, including a top ranking in his CA exams and a best paper award in Accounts, Ranajit brings a strong commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of business needs to his role at QBA. He is a proven leader with a global perspective, having worked across the Middle East, Western Europe, and the Americas. His leadership and expertise are instrumental in driving QBA’s growth strategy and delivering value for clients and stakeholders.

Suravita Ganguly, Global Chief People Officer of Quantum Business Advisory Private Ltd., brings more than 18 years of diverse HR leadership experience in IT services and consulting. She joined QBA in 2024 and has since been driving the firm’s people strategy with a focus on building a high-performance, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.
Before joining QBA, Suravita held senior roles where she led large-scale HR transformation initiatives across global organization. Her expertise spans career architecture design, performance management frameworks, compensation and benefits structuring, and implementation of integrated HRIS platforms. She has also been instrumental in strengthening HR governance, compliance, and talent practices to align with dynamic business and regulatory landscapes.

Jaydeep Bandopadhyay is a technical leader with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, leading a vertical within the Application Development & Maintenance practice at QBA.  He has a deep understanding of both legacy and new technologies and has a proven track record of success in executing complex digital transformation projects. This includes new development, legacy system maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, platform migration, and mobile app development.

His experience spans across large organizations, including Infosys in North America, as well as Indian startups. Jaydeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is a Certified Scrum Master.

Dip Bagchi is a Delivery Manager and Project Leader with 22 years of experience in digital transformation, large-scale project delivery, and e-commerce ecosystem orchestration. A PMP and PSM certified professional, he specializes in program management, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise-scale delivery.

He has hands-on expertise in AI-driven product development, including predictive analytics, generative and agentic AI, and machine learning, enabling organizations to innovate and scale. With a strong record in digital strategy and transformation, Dip bridges business vision with technical execution.

Over his career, Abhishek has successfully worked in leading global enterprises including Shell Oil & Gas, LNG Canada, Syngenta, EY Ireland, and IBM, consistently driving measurable outcomes.

Academically, he holds a master’s degree in information technology and an Executive Program in Business Management from IIM Calcutta. He is also a Certified Agile Coach and a PRINCE2 Practitioner, reflecting his strong foundation in both agile and structured delivery methodologies.
